This role involves creating compelling content, assisting with marketing strategies, and managing content-related tasks to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities: • Lead the content and social media strategy across all key platforms. • Plan, create, and oversee posts, stories, reels, and campaigns that match the brand's voice. • Track social media performance, study audience behavior, and adjust plans for stronger reach and engagement. • Review and refine all content to keep it clear, accurate, and consistent. • Work closely with the marketing and design teams while guiding junior members to keep execution smooth. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in content marketing or social media management. • Strong command of English and Hindi with solid writing and editing skills. • Ability to plan, create, and oversee content for different platforms and audiences. • Skilled at managing multiple projects, deadlines, and coordinating with teams. • Good understanding of social media analytics, content performance metrics, and basic design tools like Canva. • Understanding of SEO basics and how it connects with content planning. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, scheduling platforms, and audience insights.
