Role Overview: As a Content Strategy and Activation Senior Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the content strategy and activation agenda for clients. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with the client team, analyzing consumer personas and market/competitors, and creating solutions to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Define the overall content strategy and activation agenda for the client in coordination with the client team and project stakeholders. - Conduct research on consumer personas and market/competitors to develop and lead the content marketing strategy across various channels. - Manage a team of brand strategists, content strategists, copywriters, content writers, graphic designers, and senior creative leaders to implement the strategy and achieve business outcomes. - Develop content marketing strategies and distribution plans across all channels and devices, including owned and paid media. Create a roadmap for necessary tech architecture and ROI measurement. - Design and implement processes for Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and landing page optimizations to increase traffic and leads from organic search. - Utilize data and insights to make informed content decisions, measure results, and identify audience and traffic growth opportunities. - Measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing programs. - Define, implement, and optimize SEO strategies both on-page and off-page. - Manage projects to successfully execute content initiatives, overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams. - Cultivate relationships with key client decision-makers and provide guidance on brand and creative strategy. - Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals using relevant tools to develop business cases, strategic assessments, and written materials. - Drive business development efforts and showcase thought leadership in content strategy, content supply chain, and digital marketing.
