We’re hiring a Content Strategy & Script Writing Intern at 4thOrbit (Bangalore). This is NOT a typical internship. At Gaplytiq, we don’t measure effort. We measure views, CTR, retention, and impact. We’ve already impacted 12,000+ students across 6+ colleges. Now we’re scaling content that drives real outcomes. What you’ll actually do: • Write 30+ short-form scripts (Reels/Shorts) every month • Write 4+ YouTube scripts • Create 40+ captions across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube • Track trends weekly and suggest content backed by data • Maintain a high-performance content calendar This role is for you if: • You understand how to write hooks that stop the scroll • You consume a LOT of content (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn) • You think in terms of performance, not just creativity How we evaluate you: • Hook quality (view-through rate) • Content performance (engagement, retention) • Speed (24–48 hr turnaround) Performance bonus: Mandatory Proof of Work (Non-negotiable): • 3 sample Reel scripts (60 sec max) • 5 hook ideas: “Why resumes get rejected by ATS” • Your public social profile • 100-word content idea for Week 1 👉 No Proof = No Review Internship Details: • Duration: Months • Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) • PPO: ₹5–7 LPA for top performers If you want to build content that actually performs (not just looks good), this is for you.📩 Apply: omkar@gaplytiq.com We measure outcomes, not effort.
