THIS IS A 24 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL SEMICONDUCTOR COMPANY The Contingent Workforce Program Manager will provide operational support to internal business teams and stakeholders, managing daily program activities and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program in India via the Vendor Management System (VMS), in partnership with the Global Contingent Workforce Team. • Provide program support and training to hiring managers and staffing suppliers. • Manage and oversee the invoice processing workflow through the VMS. • Act as the primary escalation point for contingent worker support. ... • High learning agility, strong problem-solving mindset, and keen attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
