Role Description We are seeking a Control Tower Executive (Accounts) for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily credit control activities, analyzing data to optimize financial processes, and managing accounting entries for smooth financial operations. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Qualifications • Proficiency in Credit Control and Accounting processes • Should have Proficient communication in English, Hindi, Marathi. • Strong Analytical Skills for data assessment and financial decisions • Knowledge of Finance principles and processes • Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder interactions and reporting • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Proficiency in relevant accounting tools and software is preferred • Work experience in financial operations or control tower roles is a plus
