GAAP accounting principles and hands-on experience using Odoo Financials. Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.Utilize Odoo ERP for financial transactions, reporting, and process automation.Assist with audits, ensuring documentation and internal controls meet compliance standards.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial data flow.Experience with US school accounting preferredExperience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.~5+ years of Controller experience with demonstrated knowledge of U.S.A.
