(Only Immediate joiners) 📍 Location: Hyderabad / Pune 🧩 Experience: 5–10 Years We are looking for a highly skilled Conversational AI Engineer with strong expertise in LLMs, Voice Bots, and Generative AI to build next-generation intelligent voice solutions... 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Design and develop advanced conversational AI solutions using LLMs for intelligent voice bot interactions. • Implement prompt engineering techniques and RAG architectures to improve contextual understanding and response accuracy. • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific voice conversations, including intent classification, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis. • Architect and deploy enterprise-grade voice bots using: • Genesys Cloud Architect, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, LangChain, LlamaIndex. • Build robust STT/TTS pipelines using models such as Whisper, Azure Speech Services, Google Speech API. • Develop conversational agents with memory, context retention, and personalization. • Integrate voice bots with backend systems using RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures for real-time responses. • Enhance NLU using transformer models and custom entity recognition techniques. • Ensure all interactions follow GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and enterprise security standards.
