This role is focused on supporting the sales of life insurance business through bank customers at assigned locations. Key Responsibilities: • Drive wallet share in allocated bank branches with focus product mix • Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch and various KPIs for designated branches Sales Targets: This role requires achieving specific sales targets including driving wallet share and achieving pre-set business targets. The incumbent will work closely with the Branch Manager to develop a business implementation plan. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with Bank Sales/operations team ensuring meeting of both company's objectives working collectively together as well providing commitment from channel partners seeking towards desired levels responsiveness order meet customer touch point engagement servicing portfolio effectively post-sales service prompt interaction closely RMs executing overall marketing activity timely issuance policy resolution pending matter persists ratio maintain adherence maintaining persistency rare undertake regular activities promptly fulfill domain. E Skills Required: - Product/Subject Matter Expertise - Business Perspective & Planning - Finance / Insurance Industry Awareness - Self Management - Problem Solving Skills - Peer Level Co-ordination Influencing Skills Incumbent Characteristics: Graduate or Post Graduate; Experience 1 - 3 years in Sales (Insurance / Financial Service Background); Below or 30 years age.
