Requirements - T&E System Administration: Expert-level proficiency in administering and providing end-user support for a major T&E platform, specifically SAP Concur, RAMP, or Brex, including user setup, policy configuration, and expense report auditing. - Global Corporate Card Management: Proven technical experience in managing the operational aspects of a global corporate credit card program, including new card issuance, limit changes, suspension/cancellation processes, and card feed integration within the T&E system. - Data Reconciliation & Reporting: Strong ability to perform detailed credit card statement to T&E system reconciliation, investigate un-reconciled transactions, and generate compliance, spend analysis, and outstanding liability reports. - Policy Configuration & Enforcement: Technical skill in translating corporate T&E and P-Card policies directly into system logic (e.g., spending limits, approval workflows, receipt requirements) within the chosen platform to drive automatic compliance. - ERP Integration & Journal Entry Support: Familiarity with the GL coding and integration points between the T&E system and the core ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), assisting the accounting team with timely and accurate expense posting and journal entry preparation. Job responsibilities Diligent and detail-oriented Corporate Credit Card and Travel & Expense (T&E) Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end administration of our global corporate card program and T&E systems. This critical role ensures policy compliance, manages user support, facilitates monthly reconciliations, and manages the operational relationship with our credit card providers. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with managing global card programs and possess strong technical skills in modern T&E platforms like SAP Concur, RAMP, or Brex.
