Role Overview This is a leadership role responsible for driving financial controllership, group reporting, treasury operations, automation, tax and regulatory compliance, and internal controls across DIL and its subsidiaries. The role works closely with the CFO and senior leadership to ensure accuracy, transparency, and scalability of financial operations. Key Responsibilities • Financial reporting & consolidation in line with Ind-AS, Companies Act & SEBI norms • Monthly, quarterly & annual book closure with high accuracy and timeliness. • Stakeholder management with Board, Audit Committee, auditors, regulators & banks • Oversight of statutory, internal, GST, TDS & tax audits (Big 4 exposure preferred) • Revenue assurance, AR management & aggregator reconciliations • Lease accounting & fixed asset management • Treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, interest cost optimization & covenant compliance • Driving ERP optimization, automation & digital finance transformation • Strengthening MIS, internal financial controls (IFC), SOPs & governance frameworks • Supporting budgeting, forecasting & strategic financial analysis Qualifications & Experience 🔹 Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory 🔹 15–20 years of post-qualification experience in finance controllership / group reporting 🔹 Strong expertise in Ind-AS, taxation, SEBI & Companies Act compliance 🔹 Experience in listed, large or multinational organizations 🔹 Exposure to QSR, retail, consumer or manufacturing sectors preferred 🔹 Proven leadership experience managing large teams and transformation initiatives Why Join DIL? • Work with iconic global & homegrown brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, Tealive, Sanook Kitchen, Biryani By Kilo & more • High-visibility role with strategic impact • Dynamic, inclusive and growth-oriented culture • Competitive compensation & leadership exposure
