Job Description Position: Corporate Finance Executive Department: Corporate Finance Reporting To: Associate Vice President – Corporate Finance Experience: 1–2 years Qualification (Minimum Requirement) • MBA in Finance is mandatory. • B.E./B.Tech + MBA (Finance) candidates are also considered. Key Responsibilities • Preparation of Financial Projections based on detailed assumptions of the business model. • Preparation of CMA Data, Ratio Analysis, and comprehensive Financial Analysis. • Preparation of TEV (Techno-Economic Viability) Reports, including industry analysis, technical feasibility, economic viability and project risk assessment. • Conducting research on industry trends, market factors and peer comparison. • Preparation of Information Memorandums (IMs) and documentation for corporate finance assignments. • Performing additional tasks and responsibilities within the Corporate Finance Department as required. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel. • Good understanding of corporate finance, project finance, and financial statements. • Experience or familiarity with TEV Studies, Financial Projections and CMA preparation. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines. • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
