Key Responsibilities • Corporate Finance • Financial Planning & Analysis - Handle budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. - Build a complex financial model to predict outcomes and support strategic decisions. - Manage Capital allocation, analyse growth opportunities and potential risk. - Lead cash flow planning, working capital management, and fund allocation. - Analyse financial performance and share insights with the senior leadership team. • Balancing Debt and Equity financing - Work closely with the CEO and Directors during investor meetings and funding rounds. - Working Relationship with VC, Bank and NBFC. Competencies • Communication skills to present complex financial data and models to stakeholders. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strategic thinking. • Ability to build complex financial models. • Evaluating investment opportunities and capital raising. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA in Finance is a plus. • 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance, business finance, or FP&A roles. • Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and analytical tools (Excel/Google Sheets). • Good understanding of investor reporting, due diligence, and compliance. • Ability to work directly with founders/leadership and manage multiple priorities. • Good communication and presentation skills.
