Role Description: As a part of Welspun One team, this role will have access to financial data and are expected to use their skills to analyze data and provide relevant insights. Essential Accountabilities: Financial Strategy and Compliance - Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and fund policies. - Monitor industry trends and financial regulations to maintain adherence to best practices. Banking and Fund Management - Control key banking stakeholders and oversee seamless fund movement across drawdowns from investors. - Plan and structure debt drawdowns in alignment with the project schedule. - Strategize with asset management and development teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Stakeholder and Compliance Coordination - Liaise with leasing teams, compliance teams, and fund management teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Ensure execution of financial strategies in accordance with fund policies and client agreements. Financial Reporting and Analysis - Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management and stakeholders. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Capital Raising and Financing - Support financing and capital-raising activities. - Manage lending relationships and support daily financial operations. - Assist management in structuring financial deals and securing investments. Management Reporting and MIS - Work on accounts and MIS reporting to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. - Create and maintain dashboards to track key financial and operational metrics. - Develop reports by combining financial and non-financial data for strategic decision-making. Business Planning and Budgeting - Support business plan development and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Conduct deep-dive analysis on vertical performance, cost analytics, and profitability. - Implement tight budgetary controls to ensure financial discipline.
