Job Title: Corporate Marketing Manager Company: First Fiddle Restaurants Job Description: We are looking for a well-connected and results-driven Corporate Marketing Manager to join our team at First Fiddle Restaurants. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships in the corporate sector, experience in B2B event tie-ups, and the ability to close deals for corporate parties, team events, ... and brand collaborations at our premium outlets. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with HR departments and corporate decision-makers for events and parties. • Pitch and close deals for corporate bookings, bulk reservations, and private events. • Identify and approach new corporate clients, event agencies, and business groups. • Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing tie-ups with corporate houses. • Coordinate with outlet teams and management for smooth event execution. • Maintain a client database and follow up regularly to ensure repeat business. • Achieve monthly sales and partnership targets through proactive outreach. • Represent the brand professionally at meetings, networking events, and client gatherings. • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, offers, and brand promotions targeting corporates. • Track performance metrics and report sales achievements to senior management. Requirements: • 3–4 years of experience in corporate marketing, business development, or B2B event sales (hospitality, events, or lifestyle industry preferred). • Strong corporate network and ability to connect with HRs and event managers. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Confident personality with the ability to pitch and close deals independently. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally for meetings. • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality preferred.
