Job Title - Corporate Salary Relationship Manager Place of work - Mumbai Business Unit - Retail Banking Function - Branch Banking Job Purpose: The role entails deepening corporate salary accounts with a focus on quality of accounts. The role bearer has a responsibility to identify prospective customers and convert them into real business opportunities. The role would be responsible for acquiring corporate clients to enable acquisition of corporate salary accounts by sales managers and sales officers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deepen existing portfolio to ensure customer stickiness - Ensure accurate and timely maintenance desired amounts in acquired accounts and update salary - Periodically plan review of the under-performing customers and draw an action plan for improvement - Assess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunities - Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management for efficient servicing and best in-class service - Drive corporate engagement activities to acquire and engage corporate clients - Gather latest Market intelligence and track and benchmark against best practices in competitor banks - Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML - Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers - Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Manage a team Relationship officers, taking responsibility of their development and attrition - Demonstrated Ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: - Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure - Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements - Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support Educational Qualifications: - Graduate - Any - Post Graduate - Finance (MBA preferred) Experience: 11+ years of relevant branch banking experience
