Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales & Key Institution Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the corporate and key institutional segments, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients and key institutions, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, event planners, and corporate gifting companies. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to expand the client base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and ensure satisfaction. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, sales materials, and presentations to support sales efforts and showcase product offerings. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely delivery of products to clients. • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote awareness and foster new business relationships. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. • Proven track record of success in corporate sales or B2B sales roles, preferably within the gourmet food or gifting industry. • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
