ARV Insurance Broking is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager (AVP & Manager) to drive B2B insurance sales, build long-term corporate relationships, and expand our group insurance portfolio. • Develop and manage corporate client relationships (SMEs & large corporates) • Generate new business for Group Health, Employee Benefits, and General Insurance • Lead corporate sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations Desired Candidate Profile: • 1–7 years of experience in corporate insurance sales (Fresher can also apply) • Strong understanding of Group Health, GPA, GMC, Fire, Marine, and Liability policies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills • Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset What We Offer: • Attractive salary • Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding insurance broking firm • Professional work culture with leadership exposure
