šØCorporate Sales Manager ā Real Estate Builder š Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh Company: Tara Devi's Enclave The Corporate Sales Manager will lead business generation from corporate clients, institutional investors, and high-value partners for our luxury residential project in Shimla. The role blends strategic sales planning with management to create long-term partnerships and premium sales conversions. Experience Required: 5ā10 years in Real Estate/Vacation Homes/Hospitality/Luxury Hotel Sales(B2B)/Automobile (Luxury Segment) šÆ Key Responsibilities š¹ Identify and develop corporate tie-ups, institutional relationships, and investment partnerships to generate qualified leads. š¹ Pitch premium real estate offerings to companies for employee housing schemes, investment programs, and executive retreats. š¹ Conduct presentations, site visits, and customized sales discussions with senior corporate and HNI clients. š¹ Collaborate with internal marketing and channel teams to execute B2B campaigns, roadshows, and corporate outreach events. š¹ Build a strong referral ecosystem through real estate consultants, relocation firms, and business associations. š¹ Monitor competitor performance, pricing trends, and emerging corporate demand in NCR, Chandigarh, and North India. š¹ Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, forecasting, and sales tracking dashboards. š¹ Ensure high client satisfaction through personalized sales support and seamless coordination with CRM teams. š¤ Desired Candidate Profile ā Strong experience in corporate sales, preferably in luxury Hotels of Shimla/Delhi NCR/Tricity. ā Excellent network of corporate HR, admin, and procurement heads. ā Proven track record in generating large-ticket sales and B2B deals. ā Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills. ā Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with intercity travel (ShimlaāChandigarhāNCR corridor). ā Should own a personal vehicle for local travel. š Qualification šÆ Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline. šÆ MBA or equivalent specialization in Sales & Marketing preferred. š° Compensation š¼ Competitive fixed salary with performance-linked incentives. āļø Travel and accommodation support as per project policy. š Long-term growth opportunities within the organization. š© How to Apply: ⢠Qualified candidates may email their resume along with a brief cover note to hr@taradevis.com
