The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, managing key accounts, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring efficient sales operations. The candidate will also deliver exceptional customer service while strategically growing the company’s client base and revenue. Qualifications • Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and managing client relationships effectively. • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to achieve and exceed company revenue goals. • Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. • Experience in Sales Operations to optimize processes and drive efficiency. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Capacity to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with team members in real-time. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Prior experience in corporate sales or a similar role is advantageous.
