Company : ErthyRedd skincare brand Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Cosmetic Formulator located in Gurgaon or Delhi. The Cosmetic Formulator will be responsible for developing and refining cosmetic and personal care formulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting laboratory experiments, overseeing product development processes, ensuring quality control, and supporting technology transfer activities. The individual will also collaborate with teams to perform research and development (R&D) to create innovative products. Qualifications • Strong Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience in chemistry or cosmetic formulation processes • Proficiency in Technology Transfer and transitioning formulations to production • 5 to 10 yrs Experience in Research and Development (R&D), Formulation, and product innovation • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot formulation challenges • Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations and compliance standards • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team • Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field • Prior experience in cosmetic formulation or personal care product development is a strong advantage • Work experience with some renowned skincare brand
