Costing and Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the job

Costing • Prepare and analyze product costing, variance analysis, and cost sheets. • Monitor standard costs vs. actual costs and highlight deviations. • Support budgeting and forecasting by providing cost-related insights. • Conduct inventory valuation and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize cost efficiency. • Maintain and update costing models, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and overhead allocations. • Provide management with cost reports and profitability analysis for decision-making. Accounts Receivable • Assist in customer invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation. • Support AR team in monitoring aging reports and overdue accounts. • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies. • Ensure timely posting of receipts and maintain accurate AR records.
