Creative and Digital Marketing Director

JIMS Group is entering its next phase of growth. We are looking for a senior digital leader who can own, scale, and optimize our entire digital admissions engine across multiple programs and campuses. This is not a social media or coordination role. This is a P&L-impacting, performance-driven leadership position with full accountability for outcomes. What You Will Own You will have end-to-end ownership of digital growth, including: • Annual paid media budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube & emerging platforms • Complete lead-to-enrolment funnel (CPL → CAC → Conversions → Revenue) • Digital strategy for multiple programs & campuses • In-house team + agency management (performance, content, creatives) What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months) • Reduce Cost-per-Lead by 30–40% without compromising quality • Build a predictable, scalable admissions funnel • Establish real-time dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV & lead quality • Significantly improve lead-to-enrolment conversion rates • Build and lead a high-performing in-house digital team Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the digital growth roadmap • Personally oversee and optimize paid performance marketing • Own funnel strategy: landing pages, creatives, attribution & CRM flows • Work closely with admissions, leadership, and brand teams • Hire, mentor, and lead a lean, high-output digital team • Make data-driven decisions and not vanity metrics Who You Are You are a hands-on digital leader who has scaled performance at serious budget levels. Must-Have Experience • 5+ years in performance-driven digital marketing • 3+ years in a leadership / head / director role • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnel optimization & analytics • Experience in education, EdTech, BFSI, real estate, or high-consideration sales Who Should NOT Apply This role is not for you if: • You’ve only managed social media or brand campaigns • You haven’t owned CAC, ROAS, or enrolment metrics • You depend entirely on agencies for strategy • You’re looking for a low-pressure or purely execution role Authority & Autonomy • Direct reporting to senior leadership • Full ownership of digital decisions Why This Role Matters • Greenfield opportunity to build a best-in-class digital growth engine • Visible impact on enrolments, revenue, and brand scale • Long-term leadership role with room to grow beyond marketing Application Note Candidates who have scaled profitable funnels and thrive on ownership and accountability are encouraged to apply.
