About us: We're a growing healthcare company with a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands and healthcare services making a real impact on people's lives. As we scale, we're looking to add more depth and expertise to our creative in-house capabilities in order to strengthen our brand story-telling, and deliver exceptional campaigns. We're looking for a Creative Head who's passionate about healthcare, energized by multi-brand challenges, and ready to build something meaningful. Opportunity: You'll form the core of our creative team behind our brand campaigns; someone who can conceptualize breakthrough ideas, roll up their sleeves to bring them to life, and elevate the skills of our growing creative team. You'll work closely with our Marketing Head to shape how our brands show up in the world. This is a rare opportunity to lead creative strategy while staying hands-on with design, and to build processes and team culture from the ground up. Shape Creative Vision and Strategy • Conceptualize and develop integrated campaigns across multiple healthcare, D2C and service brands • Develop and evolve brand visual identities, guidelines, and design systems for new brand and product launches • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand positioning and healthcare compliance standards • Present creative concepts and recommendations to marketing leadership Develop Creative Expertise • Grow our creative team; help designers level up their strategic thinking and craft • Manage workflow, prioritize projects, and allocate resources across multiple brands • Build efficient creative processes that balance quality with speed Create Exceptional Campaigns • Design key campaign assets across digital and traditional channels (social media, performance ads, email, website, packaging, print collateral) • Be hands-on with video shoots, content creation & quality control • Stay ahead of design trends, platform changes, and healthcare marketing innovations Requirements: We are looking for someone who has - • 4 to 6 years of progressive work experience in creative roles • Portfolio showcasing strategic campaign thinking and exceptional design execution across multiple brands • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field preferred • Healthcare, wellness, or D2C brand experience preferred • Experience managing both digital and print creative production • Conceptual thinker who develops big ideas that work across channels • Detail-obsessed with high standards for craft and quality • Strategic executor who understands business goals and translates them to creative • Build & scale a high performative creative team Are you a storyteller at heart with a sharp eye for design and strategy?
