You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, such as growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, events, etc. You have experience collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams. Preferred qualifications include experience in managing integrated advertising for large clients in India, understanding of India's marketing landscape, proficiency in media platforms like Google, and the ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy. You should also have an interest in AI for media and marketing, excellent communication skills, and people management skills. In the role of Creative in Marketing at Google, you will bring visual, design, written, and experiential skills to Google products and services across various media channels and experiences. You will work in a flexible environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and inspire vendor partners with creative solutions. Your responsibilities will include serving as the media authority for selected Google products in India, guiding brand and performance programs, establishing processes for complex media campaigns, and providing expert media leadership.
