We are hiring a Creative Lead who can take full ownership of social-first content, from strategy and concept to production and final publishing, across brands that demand speed, cultural relevance, and consistent creative quality. We are hiring a Creative Lead to own the complete creative strategy and execution for a cluster of brand accounts across industries including national consumer brands, hyperlocal brands, and premium hospitality and real estate clients. This is a team-facing leadership role with full creative authority. The Creative Lead has final approval on all creative output before it reaches the client. Account Managers manage communication and deliverables. The Creative Lead owns strategy, concepts, creative quality, and brand consistency across assigned accounts. This is a social-first role requiring strong understanding of internet culture, platform trends, and high-performing content formats. The Creative Lead must be able to adapt creative approaches depending on the brand category, whether high-volume national brands, culturally rooted regional brands, or premium luxury brands. The Creative Lead owns the entire creative lifecycle, from initial brainstorming and concept development to screenplay writing, scene breakdown, casting talent where required, shoot supervision, editing oversight, revision management, and final publishing. This role is responsible for ensuring every piece of content moves seamlessly from idea to execution to live deployment, with full accountability at every stage. Roles & Responsibilities • Own creative direction for assigned brand accounts across multiple industries. • Define and maintain brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across platforms. • Develop structured social media strategies and scalable content frameworks. • Conceptualize posts, reels, trend-led content, and performance marketing creatives. • Lead end-to-end development of social media content from concept to publishing. • Develop scripts, scene breakdowns, and creative formats for social-first video content. • Oversee shoot planning, casting, and production workflows where required. • Stay updated with platform trends, internet culture, and evolving content formats. • Lead and guide Social Media Managers, Designers, Editors, Copywriters, and Producers. • Convert client inputs via Account Managers into clear internal creative briefs. • Review and approve all creative output before client submission. • Maintain speed, consistency, and creative quality across multiple brand accounts. • Ensure content aligns with both brand strategy and platform performance. Requirements/Qualifications • 3 to 6 years of agency experience in a creative or social media leadership role. • Proven experience handling social media for brands at scale. • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into executable content formats. • Experience leading and reviewing multidisciplinary creative teams. • Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. • Experience developing and overseeing video content for social media (concept to script to shoot to edit to publish). • Familiarity with trend-led, culturally relevant, and performance-driven content formats. • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without compromising creative quality. • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first creative work across brands. • Agency background is mandatory.
