Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting Credit Administration for the Wholesale Bank (CDA) by managing and supporting credit coverage for corporate banking clients based in North America. Your main tasks will include active credit risk management of designated customers, performing due diligence and scheduled reviews, analyzing credit risk, preparing detailed credit analysis and credit applications, maintaining updated knowledge on industries, understanding and assessing risk of standard bank products, overseeing covenants compliance, coordinating with auditors and regulators, providing ongoing training, supporting deal structuring, and ensuring policy compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a designated portfolio of US Corporate credit customers. - Perform due diligence and scheduled reviews regularly. - Analyze credit risk, determine accurate ratings, and make recommendations to management. - Prepare detailed credit analysis and credit applications in accordance with credit policies. - Maintain updated knowledge on industries and communicate with customers. - Oversee covenants compliance, facility due dates, and communication with auditors and regulators. - Provide ongoing training to enhance credit risk management skills. - Work with business lines to identify prospective transactions and advise on credit risk issues. - Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
