The Credit Analyst supports the CLO funds of Global Asset Manager with a focus on the U.K and U.S. markets. Key Responsibilities: • Perform quantitative analysis to support underwriting potential investments. • Build detailed financial models for companies. • Analyze term sheets, understand covenants, and summarize indentures/senior facilities agreements. • Present investment opportunities to committees.
