CRM Implementation Manager – (0-2 yr of experience) The implementation manager takes care of the end-to-end implementation of the edge CRM. This role is purely customer-facing. Customer satisfaction and project closure are the two most important aspects of this role. Responsibilities: • Facilitating Kickstart meetings for edge CRM implementations. • Training of edge CRM users. • Submitting implementation deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. • To make sure features are getting delivered on time with 100% quality by coordinating with product engineering team and product implementation team. • Establishing effective implementation communication plans and ensuring their execution. • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. • Conducting post-implementation evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful implementation elements. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Create and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation. • Gathering requirements for customization and understanding the underlying problem statements. • Providing solutions to end users for their queries.
