WhatsApp | Email | CRM | Website | Chatbot | Performance Marketing What You Will Do • Build automated communication workflows across the borrower journey. • Manage WhatsApp broadcasts, lifecycle messaging, and engagement flows. • Design and execute email marketing sequences and borrower journeys. • Work on CRM automation for lead journeys, lifecycle tracking, drip campaigns, and funnel movement. • Manage WordPress / website updates for landing pages, content changes, and conversion improvements. • Build or manage chatbot / conversational automation for lead capture, qualification, follow-ups, and response workflows. • Support performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Track marketing analytics, attribution, and funnel performance to improve conversions. • Improve borrower engagement, lead nurturing, and retention. • Work closely with product, growth, and sales teams to improve user journeys and conversion systems. Skills We Are Looking For • Working knowledge of WordPress / website management. • Experience in CRM automation and lifecycle journey creation. • Exposure to chatbot / conversational automation. • Hands-on understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Comfort with marketing analytics, attribution, and funnel tracking. • Experience with WhatsApp, email, and lifecycle marketing automation. • Strong execution ability with a builder mindset.
