Education Bachelor’s Degree or Above Experience CRM & Operations Intern/Associate Expected Salary ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 Detailed JD • Supported daily order-to-delivery workflow—confirmation, dispatch coordination, tracking, and customer communication—to ensure timely fulfillment. • Assisted in managing post-purchase experience: feedback collection, replacement requests, and nps reporting. • Maintained and analyzed crm dashboards to extract insights on order status, repeat purchase behavior, and service bottlenecks. • Collaborated with production and logistics teams to align product availability with marketing and drop schedules. • Tracked pre- and post-production timelines to ensure product samples and bulk deliveries met internal deadlines. • Contributed to both b2b and b2c operations—managing partner orders, invoicing, and inventory handovers.
