Location: New Delhi, Delhi, India (PAN-India operations) Job Title: CRM & Sales Manager (Interior Design Background) Seniority Level: Mid-High level Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Furniture & Home Furnishings Manufacturing Role Overview Lakdi.com is hiring a CRM & Sales Manager with a strong background in interior design and sales. This role blends CRM management with client engagement and project coordination - ideal if you want to manage CRM workflows for interior and furniture sales, coordinate with design teams, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities CRM & Lead Management ● Manage CRM tools daily (lead updates, allocations, follow-ups). ● Track lead progress and ensure consistent engagement. ● Maintain detailed records of client data and communication. Sales & Client Interaction ● Understand client requirements (design, budget, preferences). ● Prepare proposals, quotations, and guide clients through the sales process. ● Negotiate and close deals across interior and furniture projects. Interior Design Coordination ● Work with in-house design teams (layout interpretation, renders). ● Communicate design intent clearly to clients and internal teams. Project & Operations Coordination ● Oversee project progress from lead to delivery. ● Coordinate with production, logistics, and site teams. ● Provide regular updates to clients and resolve escalations. Customer Service & Retention ● Address post-sales issues and promote repeat business. ● Conduct feedback calls after project completion. Skills & Qualifications Required ● Strong communication and relationship building ● Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared) ● Background in interior design or furniture sales ● Ability to read and interpret layouts/drawings ● Good negotiation skills ● 2–6 years relevant experience preferred ● Degree/diploma in Interior Design/Architecture advantageous Role Expectations ● Hit monthly revenue targets. ● Increase lead conversion via CRM. ● Produce reporting on sales and pipeline progress. ● Work closely with design, production & logistics teams.
