Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM (interiors) position located in Bengaluru. The CRM Specialist will manage customer relationships, facilitate effective communication between the organization and its clients, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the customer journey. Responsibilities include overseeing sales processes, handling customer queries, managing interior design projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of services.
