Job Summary • We are looking for a CRM Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Zoho CRM and Zoho One applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing, integrating, and optimizing Zoho modules to improve business processes, sales efficiency, finance operations, and recruitment workflows. Key Responsibilities Zoho CRM & Sales Operations • Configure and manage Zoho CRM modules (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Activities) • Customize layouts, fields, workflows, blueprints, and automation • Manage lead assignment rules, scoring, and pipeline stages • Create dashboards and reports for sales and management teams • Handle CRM data migration, cleanup, and validation Zoho People (HR Management) • Manage employee database, attendance, leave, and performance modules • Configure onboarding and offboarding workflows • Automate HR processes and approvals Zoho Books, Invoices & Bills • Manage Zoho Books including customers, vendors, taxes, and chart of accounts • Handle Invoices, Bills, Payments, and Expense tracking • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data accuracy • Support GST compliance and financial reporting Zoho Inventory • Manage product listings, stock levels, purchase orders, and sales orders • Integrate inventory with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books • Track warehouse movements and order fulfillment Zoho Expense • Configure and manage employee expense claims and approval workflows • Ensure policy compliance and accurate reimbursements Zoho Recruit • Manage job openings, candidates, and recruitment pipelines • Automate interview scheduling and hiring workflows • Generate recruitment reports and analytics Zoho Flow & Integrations • Create and manage Zoho Flow integrations between Zoho apps and third-party tools • Automate cross-platform workflows to reduce manual effort • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Experience with Zoho Creator or Deluge scripting • Knowledge of CRM integrations with WhatsApp, payment gateways, and marketing tools • Experience in multi-branch or franchise-based business setup • Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or service-based industries
