You will be responsible for maintaining a balance between growth and user experience, navigating technical aspects of the CRM platform, and conducting root cause analyses. You must have a bias for action, strong data and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. • MBA is an advantage. • 4-7 years of experience in CRM function of rapidly growing digital-first business. • Proven experience in deploying marketing campaigns across channels.
