Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Support Specialist located in Noida. The CRM Support Specialist will manage day-to-day CRM operations, prioritize and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensure accurate maintenance of customer data, and support the implementation of CRM tools. They will collaborate closely with sales, project management, and customer success teams to maintain seamless operations and build strong client relationships. Qualifications • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and experience managing CRM systems effectively. • Strong Communication and Sales skills to interact with clients and understand customer needs. • Well-developed Analytical Skills to generate insights from data and optimize processes. • Experience in Project Management, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with prior experience in EdTech or digital transformation roles. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.
