Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, for a CSM Lead. The CSM Lead will oversee the Customer Success Management team, ensure client satisfaction, and drive customer engagement and retention strategies. Daily tasks include developing and implementing customer success strategies, supervising team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing customer concerns efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and delivering insights to enhance the service experience while meeting organizational goals. Qualifications • Strong leadership and team management skills • Customer Success Management experience and customer engagement expertise • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills • Ability to analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in customer relationship software and other relevant tools • Experience working in technology-driven sectors, especially AI or Blockchain, is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
