JOB TITLE – CST EXECUTIVE (CLIENT SOLUTION) COMPANY NAME- NAVAIR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED JOB LOCATION- AHMEDABAD , GUJARAT QUALIFICATION PREFERRED – GRADUATION IN RELEVANT FIELD EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – 1-2 YEARS Key Responsibilities: • Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring effective coordination and project execution. • Communicate professionally over email and calls to address client queries and project updates. • Read and interpret technical drawings related to doors and partitions. • Calculate door quantities and related hardware accessories required for projects. • Work efficiently on the ERP portal for project tracking and data management. • Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel. • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales & projects) to ensure smooth project execution. • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams for project progress and delivery. Requirements: • Ability to read and understand technical drawings related to doors and partitions. • Proficiency in quantity estimation of doors and related hardware accessories. • Experience working on ERP portals is preferred. • Strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting. • Technical background (Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field) or industry experience in doors, partitions, or construction materials is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in fire door/partition manufacturing or a similar industry. • Prior experience in project coordination.
