🚨 We’re Hiring: Custody Specialist – Capital Markets 📍 Location: Mumbai / Pune / Chennai 🏢 Base Location: Mumbai (Ghansoli) – Work From Office ⏰ Shift: Rotational (Late EMEA & North America) • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST • 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST We are looking for an experienced Custody SME / Specialist with strong expertise in Global Trade Settlement and Trade Processing within the Capital Markets domain. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Manage Global Trade Settlement and Trade Processing activities across multiple markets. • Handle Asset Conversion and Failed Trade Investigations. • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely settlement and issue resolution. • Monitor and process trades across global markets including Euroclear, CREST, HK, Singapore, South Africa, Middle East, FED, and DTC. • Analyze settlement issues and ensure operational efficiency and compliance with market practices. 🔹 Required Skills • Strong experience in Custody Operations within Capital Markets. • Hands-on experience with MCH (State Street application). • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and analysis. • In-depth knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income securities. • Good understanding of SWIFT messages and global settlement workflows. • Experience working with international trade settlement markets. 🔹 Experience • 6+ years of relevant experience in Custody / Global Trade Settlement. • Proven experience working as SME / Specialist level. • Ability to work in client-facing roles with strong communication skills. 🔹 Additional Requirements • Excellent English communication skills. • Flexibility to support EMEA and EST time zones based on project requirements. • Comfortable working in a Work From Office environment.
