Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary : As a Technical Lead, you will architect and deliver mission-critical digital capabilities across MyAccount, Mobile Applications, Smart Metering, and Customer Identity & Access Management systems. Lead a high-performing engineering team, champion technical excellence, and drive architectural decisions that shape our technology landscape. Core Responsibilities • Design enterprise-grade solutions using microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain-driven design (DDD) principles ensuring the scalability, resilience, and performance. • Lead full-stack development with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin microservices. • Design and implement scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs serving millions of transactions with optimal performance and security. • Build and optimize CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins for rapid, reliable, and repeatable deployments. • Deploy scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS leveraging ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and implement IaC using Terraform or AWS CDK. • In depth understanding of event-driven systems using Kafka, AWS SQS, SNS with comprehensive messaging patterns. • Good understanding of test automation frameworks for UI (Playwright, Selenium) and API testing. • Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX Designers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria. • Serve as technical thought leader within engineering guilds, conducting code reviews and architectural design sessions.
