We’re looking for a Customer Enablement & Success Associate who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems, and learning in a fast-growing startup environment. Role & Responsibilities • Be the first point of contact for clients and help them experience Numerize seamlessly. • Guide clients through the onboarding process, assist with product adoption, and provide ongoing support. • Understand client needs and proactively identify areas where they may need help. • Work closely with internal teams to suggest improvements and deliver feedback from clients. • Maintain long-term relationships and drive client satisfaction and retention. Who You Are • A recent graduate who is enthusiastic about client-facing roles, including customer success or consulting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—clear, confident, and empathetic. • Quick thinker and problem-solver, comfortable learning and applying new tools. • Passionate about customers and committed to helping them succeed. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly and change often. • Someone who can join immediately. The Role may not be a fit if : • Looking only for a purely technical or back-end role with no interaction. • Do not enjoy speaking with people and having regular conversations with People. • Are not comfortable learning or adapting quickly. • Prefer a slow-paced or highly structured work environment.
