Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager (Interiors) located in Bengaluru. The role entails managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term loyalty. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, collaborating with the sales and design teams, coordinating projects to ensure timely delivery, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and communication skills to establish and nurture professional relationships with clients. • Experience in Sales with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored design solutions. • Project Management skills to oversee the planning and execution of client design projects with efficiency and accuracy. • Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and adapt strategies for continuous improvement. • Ability to work collaboratively on-site with a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals. • Experience in the interior design or home décor industry is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
