CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE IV At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** Under general supervision, the Supply Chain Expert is responsible for managing the delivery dates of open purchase orders. This position will accurately transcribe purchase order acknowledgments into SAP. The successful candidate will also proactively work with suppliers to ensure expected ship dates are achieved and maintained. Interaction with materials planning and purchasing teams is expected. **Job Requirements** • Transcription and entry of Purchase order delivery dates into SAP systems. • Completely and accurately interact with suppliers in a global supply chain to obtain delivery schedules, confirm schedules and train on using an online tool. • Purchase Order dates are to be entered per documented work instructions. • General administrative support on SAP and Excel report generation as required. • Responsible for production planning, scheduling, and inventory control by using SAP. • Interface closely with Production and all plant support groups to ensure activities are defined accurately and executed effectively. • Use of technological tools and internal data to generate reports that detail efficiencies as well as areas needing improvement. • Review and expedite late PO’s and unconfirmed SO’s. • Help sales team with Escalations and Expedite requests on priority orders. • To work on automation of processes through relevant software. • General reporting for Supply Chain functions. • Help sales team with DQL management, Opportunity management, etc. through SFDC. **Shift :** US ( Flexible with Any shifts) **Skills** **Education :** • Graduation in any stream. • Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. • Good knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP-system. **Qualification :** • Demonstrates problem solving skills, influencing abilities, and ability to provide effective feedback. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to initiate, organize, and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner. • Demonstrates ability to share creative and new ideas. • Expertise in developing reports and analyzing the Supply Chain data. • Ability to understand Supply chain and procurement metrics and KPI’s. • Well versed in developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards. • Analyze Supply Chain Data and develop conclusions independently. • Relevant product or industry experience a plus. • Critical thinker, self-motivator, and ability to maintain a proactive positive attitude. • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with various levels of stakeholders, including executives. **Competencies** **Values:** Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork **Experience Level:** Mid Level
