Customer Success Associate About Cradlewise: Cradlewise is a baby tech startup based out of San Francisco, Bangalore and Pune. We build smart baby products like the smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age that comes with an integrated baby monitor sensing early signs of wakeup and learning from the baby's sleep patterns to soothe the baby back to sleep - just like a mom. • Building & strengthening customer relationships by listening, empathizing and helping customers achieve their goals. You'll be responsible for resolving any customer issues pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction. Demonstrate the value of Cradlewise every day providing amazing support! This role requires you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as multitasking abilities. Knowledge of CRM systems will be beneficial but not required. You must also have experience working in fast-paced environments where multiple tasks are involved at once.
