Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely, accurate resolutions. • Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication and service quality. • Understand customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. • Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions. • Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and quality. Requirements Qualifications • Graduate in any field. Skills • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written). • Must have neutral pronunciation with no MTI or RTI. • Strong customer handling capability and problem-solving attitude. Experience • Freshers and experienced candidates (1+ year in BPO) are welcome. • Preferred: Experience in domestic insurance processes and sales acumen.
