Responsibilities • Deliver professional and courteous support during incoming customer calls, ensuring a seamless service experience. • Respond to questions, concerns, and escalations with a solution-oriented approach. • Log all customer interactions accurately and make sure follow-ups are completed on time. • Share clear, helpful, and timely information to guide customers toward resolving their issues. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and handle complex cases that require additional attention. Requirements Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with 2 rotating days off Shifts: Rotational shift structure Transport: Two-way cab service provided Qualifications • Strong verbal communication skills (C1 level proficiency required) • Open to candidates who are Undergraduates or Graduates • At least 1 year of international customer support experience
