About the Job: Glider AI is hiring a Customer Success Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their team. The role involves onboarding, supporting, and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The associate will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for account growth. Eligibility • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable, value-driven solutions. • Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong collaboration skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Role and Responsibilities • Onboard and train customers by understanding their business needs and recommending relevant solutions. • Ensure successful product adoption for all assigned accounts. • Act as a trusted advisor by proactively engaging with customers and monitoring account health. • Address customer risks and drive high satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve issues and share customer feedback. • Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities. • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to reduce churn and increase product usage. • Drive account growth and contribute to improving overall customer experience and business outcomes.
