Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers - Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions (Health, Motor, Life) - Communicate product benefits, features, and pricing clearly - Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience - Achieve sales and service targets - Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups - Stay updated on products, policies, and industry regulations Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline Experience Required: - Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year in insurance, sales, or customer service Additional Details: - Language requirements: Excellent English and Hindi (mandatory). Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, or Assamese is an advantage. Company Note: - No cab facility or travel allowance is provided.
