Customer Success Associate – B2B SaaS Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru Experience: 0-1 years Work Mode: Monday to Saturday, Onsite Compensation: 5-6 LPA (Including PF and PGDM monthly fees of ₹6,666) Eligibility Criteria • This role is only for graduates (postgraduate candidates should not apply). • You must have exceptional spoken and written English communication skills. • Pursuing the PGDM program along with this job is mandatory and non-negotiable. What You’ll Work On • Work closely with customers to ensure they get real value from our platform • Support customer onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve customer queries and issues • Track customer feedback, satisfaction, and improvement opportunities • Learn how customer success drives retention, growth, and long-term relationships. This is a hands-on, learning-heavy role where you’ll see how CS actually works in real companies—not just theory. Who Can Apply: • Graduates from Engineering, any Bachelor’s degree • Freshers or early-career professionals interested in Customer Success, SaaS, or Client-facing roles • Strong communicators (spoken + written) • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks • Comfortable with tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (we’ll train you on the rest) What We’re Looking For: • A customer-first mindset • Strong problem-solving attitude • Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn fast • Any exposure to customer service, sales, or client handling is a plus (not mandatory).
