Qualifications • Skills in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction • Experience in Customer Retention and building long-term relationships • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in property management, is a plus.
