As a Customer Success Associate / Tele sales in the Insurance domain, your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries related to Health, Motor & Life Insurance products - Providing appropriate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintaining strong customer relationships - Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues - Ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: - Qualification of 12th pass / PUC pass / Graduate in any field - Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi - No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) / Regional Tongue Influence (RTI) - Strong grammar and pronunciation It is preferred for candidates to have Domestic Insurance experience and sales acumen. If you are a fresher, you can expect a CTC of 24,000 (Approx. 19,000 In-hand), while experienced candidates can earn up to 31,000 CTC based on their last drawn salary. The work mode is from the office located in Kharadi, Pune, with a rotational week off schedule. Female candidates will work a day shift from 9:00 AM till 8 PM (9 hours shift), and male candidates will work a day shift from 9:00 AM till 9 PM (9 hours shift) with 6 days working. The interview process will consist of: 1. HR Round 2. Versant 5 / Versant 6 3. Written Assessment 4.
